Managing Director

Andrew's distinguished property career spans over 25 years and brings with it a reputation as a leader in the sale of high value assets.

Prior to founding Murray & Associates estate agents Andrew held positions with Elders Limited, at Moree in New South Wales, where he obtained his real estate and business agents licence. 

Andrew headed a portfolio of over 250 residential properties running development, capital transactions and leasing divisions before moving into the Agribusiness arena transacting irrigation properties to Asian corporate and state owned clients, becoming No 1 sales person for the company nationally.

Andrew repositioned the business to Queensland in early 2000 specialising in high end property sales. Within Toowoomba, as the base, he transacted the city's most luxurious and expensive residential properties ever sold, some two and three times over.

With unparalleled attention to achieve the result and add value to his clients Andrew takes on the sales process with a proven track record for closing.

Many of the city's industrial and commercial properties of significant importance, owned by many notable successful and financial business people have chosen Murray & Associates estate agents as their formula to maximise outcome in every instance.

Andrew holds a Queensland and New South Wales Real Estate and Business Agent's licence.

Andrew is member of REIQ, CDIA, and MDIA and is a Justice of the Peace.
